I can honestly say I have tried a LOT of ways to stay organized and on top of everything in my life. I’ve tried apps, notebooks, wall calendars, pretty much every way to keep track of everything. I’ve had several planners going at one time, one for each thing I needed to keep track of, and you can imagine how well that worked. My list of things to keep track of is pretty typical, bills, business, personal/family appointments and activities, meal planning, shopping lists, the usual stuff. With this planner, everything is in one place, I don’t have to go searching for the “right” book to enter it in, and it can be adapted to how I like to keep my schedules. For those of us who are “organizationally challenged”, it takes some practice getting into the habit of entering the important things into the planner, but it is so worth the effort. Once something is down on paper it no longer needs to take up space in your head. By taking the time once or twice a week to enter everything that is coming up and needs attention, you leave space in your mind for other things, and have less to worry about. The more habits you have in place for keeping track of your life, the easier it will get. And if you are a big nerd like me, you will have fun with colorful pens, pencils and stickers while setting up your planner. Have fun while organizing your life!
Yours In Health and Wellness,
Dawn and Kate
